Two Packages Available

OPTION 1 – FLAT RENTAL OF THE GRANGE

  • For yourselves, family, guests, friends, artists or, for your retreat workshops. With the use of gallery workspace, perfect for exhibits and/or receptions i.e. weddings.

  • June to October 1900 Euros/week

OPTION 2 – ESCAPADES (escorted) – Available mid April and May

  • Ten-Day On-Site Escapade i.e. Painting/Tour Holiday
  • Suited to all levels of experience, from beginner on, where the medium used depends on your passion. This will be an intensive nine-day program of on-location painting. While the emphasis is on painting, you will still have time to enjoy each location where the character and landscape together create the beauty and light that makes the south of France so unique. Justifiably famous for its textures and colors, painters find it magnetic: Van Gogh, Matisse, Picasso among others did. So please join us at The Grange where we promise to enrich your canvas life. Some supplies are available on the site.
  • Or perhaps you would like a well-designed journey or a French cooking experience, the escapade is of your own choosing, check reservations.

Sample Art Tour

We offer you a full ten days of inspiration. Our day begins with breakfast at 8 am, painting 9:30 to 1 pm, then lunch or on-site picnic followed by an afternoon of painting. Each day we will travel to a different venue, minutes from the Pont du Gard (the famed Roman aqueduct), and other medieval villages, lush rolling hills and vineyards. In the late afternoon, we return for dinner. Meals are a highlight of our workshops  – jugs of local wines, the Provencal produce fresh and rich in flavor, at the end of a full day of painting. Merveilleux!

Sample Travel Tour

Experience travelling Provence, France, explore different areas and the spectacular Papal Palace in Avignon, the UNESCO Aqueduct, Pont du Gard and more. Visit open air markets and shops, stroll through quaint medieval villages, visit Roman sites of historical interest. Spend time savoring the French cuisine at bistros and cafes for lunch. There is much to see and many wonderful adventures yet to have. We can also create for you, your own group tour designed with particular interests in mind.

Escapade Package Rate

$2500.00 Canadian per person, twin shared. The fee includes everthing from being picked up in Avignon at the train station until you return eight days later. *Airfare, insurance and lunches are not included.

  • 8 nights accommodation (twin shared)
  • 7 full days of pleasure and adventures
  • All breakfasts, happy hour cocktails, 8 dinners with French wine are included.
  • Scheduled transfers Avignon TGV Train Station
  • Daily transportation to sites.

Cancellation Policy

  • 60 days before departure, 50% refund.
  • Less than 59 days before departure, no refund.
  • These refund policies apply only if we cannot fill your space. If we have a waiting list and can find someone to take your place, you will receive a full refund less the $100 administrative cost.
  • Insurance and flight cancellation, baggage loss and medical cost incurred is the responsibility of each participant.
  • A deposit is required upon reservation.
